As a licensed massage therapist, my goal is to help facilitate healing within the body. When I massage the soft tissue of your muscles, fascia, tendons, ligaments etc. I am helping to improve circulation, and muscle recovery within the body. By doing so will help to decrease inflammation and can reduce pain. ♥️👏
