✨ CANCELLATION POLICY ✨

Over the last year, I’ve had to become more strict with the cancellation policy I have in place. I truly try to be understanding because I know that life happens, emergencies come up, and sometimes things are simply out of our control. ❤️

That being said, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact on my small business and my family.

My cancellation policy is as follows:

If you cancel the day before, the day of your appointment, or no-show, a $50 cancellation fee will be required before you can rebook.

OR, you have the option to pre-pay for your upcoming service, which will allow us to reschedule your appointment without the $50 cancellation fee.

If you choose to pre-pay, you will not owe anything when you come in for your appointment — your service has already been paid for and you’re all set! ✨

One of the reasons this policy is so important is that there are times when I purchase specific color and supplies for an appointment, only to have the appointment canceled at the last minute. Color cannot always be returned or exchanged, which means I can be left paying for products that I purchased specifically for that client. Last-minute cancellations also make it very difficult, and sometimes impossible, to fill that appointment time with another client.

This is not just an appointment on my calendar — this is how I support my family and bring income into our home. When an appointment is canceled at the last minute or someone doesn’t show, I lose that income for that time slot.

I will always do my best to be understanding when genuine emergencies happen. ❤️ However, I have to have a policy in place that is consistent for everyone, and I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, my business, and my family.

Thank you so much for supporting my small business and understanding why this policy is necessary. I appreciate every single one of you! 🤎✨

Who doesn’t love a good discount$$$ only a few spots!

🖤A little scheduling update for my clients!

Please bear with me over the next few weeks as I juggle work and my kids’ sports schedules. With the heat index and weather, practices and games have been constantly changing — some are being moved, canceled, rescheduled, or added at the last minute.

Because of this, there may be times when I need to move an appointment around or adjust my availability. I promise I will always do my best to communicate changes as soon as I know about them and work with you to find another time that works.

I appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding more than you know! Running a business while keeping up with five kids and their activities can definitely be a balancing act. 😂🖤

Thank you all for continuing to support my business and for being so understanding during this crazy sports season! 🫶🏼
