A Thread… 🌕

Last night, on the last walk with my dog, I happened upon the beginning transition of the full moon into the Blood Orange Moon.

I had no idea exactly what was happening above us, except that it was different than anything i had witnessed before.

So WE just slowly took it all in.

Watching with curiosity and honestly, wonder.

this was a first for us.

Something about ending my day that way—no agenda, no trying to understand it, just the two of us under this incredible sky—that felt strangely peaceful.

Later, I looked it up.

A full moon in Pisces meeting a lunar eclipse has meanings beyond the science of it all. . .

Deep endings.
Emotional clearing.
Release.
Rebirth.

The things buried coming to the surface.
What is no longer meant to stay…letting go.

A reset.

Well.

I'm still sitting with that.

Because there are things in my own life I've been releasing. Things I've been questioning. Things I know are changing, even if I don't yet know what comes next.

And I don't think I'm ready to put a meaning around all of it.

Maybe I don't need to.

Maybe for now, I'm just paying attention.

To what feels finished.

To what feels alive.

To what I'm being asked to loosen my grip on.

And to what might be quietly making its way toward me...

while I'm still learning how to recognize it.

I've been thinking about the beauty of becoming.

Not the kind we see immediately in a mirror.
