What is a beaded topper?

If you love the coverage of a topper but don’t necessarily want to put it on and take it off every day, a beaded topper may be an option you didn’t even know existed.

A beaded topper is customized to your hair and securely attached using small beads — no mesh required. Once it’s on, you can wake up, style your hair and go.

The initial application is also much quicker than a full mesh integration. A beaded topper can often be applied in just a few hours, while mesh integration can take 6–8 hours for the initial installation.

Every 4–6 weeks, we remove the topper completely, thoroughly cleanse your natural hair and scalp, refresh the topper, and then reapply it.

And one of my favorite things about this option? It’s convertible. If you decide you don’t want to wear it beaded anymore, the topper can be converted back to a traditional clip-on.
