BrightWave Myofascial Release
At BrightWave MFR, I’m dedicated to helping you achieve optimal health and wellness through myofascial release. https://linktr.ee/ktaylorlmt
My focus is on relieving pain, enhancing movement, and restoring balance with compassionate, personalized care.
Nothing in this life is more flexible and yielding than water.
Yet when it attacks the firm and strong, none can withstand it, because they have no way to change it.
So the flexible overcome the adamant, the yielding overcome the forceful. - Lao Tzu
I love this quote! A reminder that water is a force to be reckoned with.
Our bodies are mostly water and should move fluidly and with ease. MFR helps to bring back that fluid nature.

Tension isn’t a problem to solve, it’s information.
A signal from the body about where it’s been bracing, protecting, holding on.
Myofascial Release invites the tissues to soften, the breath to slow, and the nervous system to feel supported again.
Change doesn’t come from force.
It comes from space.
And from listening to what your body has been asking for all along.

After a session, less is often more.
Hydrate.
Rest.
Notice how your body feels without trying to change it.
Integration happens in the quiet.

I love where water meets land.
The sound of the waves moving over the sand.
Or crashing fiercely against the cliffs.
It reminds me that water and light always find a way in.
Tight spots in our body can still soften and change, with patience and love.

I love seeing the progress clients make. The trust clients put in me is such an honor!
Phoebe has remained in treatment since this review and the progress she's made has been incredible! Her pain is basically gone and she's been able to add some strength training back into her routine.
What could MFR do for you?
One small but important thing to know… Lotions and oils aren’t used in Myofascial Release.
MFR relies on sustained, gentle pressure and engagement with the deeper layers under the skin. If the skin is slippery, we lose that connection.
I don't glide over the body. I listen to it.
Different intention.
Different result.

There’s a difference between working harder… and working with your body.
Myofascial release isn’t about intensity, but about consistency.
I don’t recommend scheduling a series to fill my calendar. I recommend it because I’ve seen what actually creates change.
One session introduces your body to this work. You’ll likely feel relief. You may even sleep better.
But lasting change doesn’t come from a single visit. Your nervous system needs repetition.
Your fascia needs time. Your body needs to feel safe enough to soften long-held tension patterns.
When support is steady, patterns begin to shift.
That’s where real, lasting change happens.
That’s why I suggest scheduling multiple sessions upfront. Your treatment plan is customized to you. If it doesn’t feel right, we adjust.
But most people don’t cancel. They feel the difference and recognize the shift. They realize their body has been asking for this kind of care.
I’m not the “squeeze you in tomorrow” provider.
I’m here for the work that unfolds over time.
The kind that stays.
If you’re ready for that… I’d love to support you.
I want to share a client story with you.
This client started seeing me because of frequent, debilitating headaches. They interrupted her life and caused her to miss out on time with her young daughter.
She trusted the process and saw me weekly for a few months.
Her headaches are gone! She's showing up for her family and able to be the type of mom she wants to be for her daughters.
This is what Myofascial Release can do. Let's chat about YOUR goals!

There are times when your body needs something different.
Acute illness.
Fever.
Active infection.
Certain medical conditions that require clearance first.
This work is gentle but it’s also intentional. Safety and timing matter.
