When I took some residents to Vicki's Nails tonight because one wanted to go. I had 2 people in wheelchairs. This place might have had 4 customers max besides us. They have probably 10 or more manicure tables and probably about the same of pedichairs so it is a decent sized place. We were asked to next time leave the people in wheelchairs in the car cause they were to “busy” and they were in the way. I told them ok, we will not be coming here again. I will not leave my residents in the car while it is snowing. Would you want to be asked to leave your kid or elderly family member in the car because they were ”in the way” of someone you are paying for a service. Please do not go to this disrespectful place and I want them to know people with disabilities have feelings and can comprehend when you ask for them not to be there. As someone with a cosmetology license I can say it was totally unprofessional and I saw my JCPenney salon more busy than at Vicki’s nails.

So I should have posted this like a week ago, but I no longer work at the Oswego JCPenney salon. But I still encourage people to go and support the lovely stylist there. And they are open all week.
