October is the 2 year anniversary for Rooted Wellness!! A huge thank you to all of my clients for making my dream of a small business become a reality. I wish everyone was lucky enough to wake up happy to come to work everyday 💕

Getting ready for our herbal DIY-take home class tomorrow! 🌱❤️

I love this time of year! It's still warm out, but we know spooky season is right around the corner. 🧙‍♀️ And most importantly, I have tons of herbs dried and ready for preparations! 🌿🌼 This is an herbal Vicks substitute. Mullien, chamomile, lavender, peppermint and rosemary in Jojoba oil and EVOO. This preparation is safe for the skin, gentle enough to use on young children and just as effective as the petroleum based products found in stores.

If you're interested in herbal medicine, I have a 1 hour class coming up on September 26th at 11am. You'll learn how to make an herbal cold/flu tincture and a headache roller that will go home with you that day. All supplies are included. I have 2 spots left! Please msg me if you're interested 💜🌱

Facial Reflexology Friday!

I had no idea when I added Facial Reflexology last year that it would become my most requested service.... I just knew that it quickly became my PERSONAL favorite. The techniques are so gentle, yet so effective that I've been able to use them on small children and adults alike. In fact, I can usually make my 8yo daughter fall asleep in 3-4 points. It works for most clients too. 😉
