Byron Thomas Massage

So I’m going all in on Sam Laidlow for the win! This guy is so focused and ready for a fight! Kona style! It’s going to be an epic day out there on the Queen K with all the boys going hard! Have a great race mate!! #23

Lisa Perterer has been one of my favorites to visit me at the Tucson office ever time she’s in town. Something tells me we will be seeing a lot of her tomorrow! Have a great race Lisa! Can’t wait to see what you can do!

Would you believe I met Paula Findlay right here in Kona back in 2011!! Just a novice massage guy and Olympic specialist triathlete … Promising she’d never do an Ironman, yet here she is! Ready to crush it! Best of luck Paula! Will be cheering loud for you!

Was able to spend some quality time with Imogen Simmonds this week and my cheeks are still sore from laughing. By far the funniest pro I’ve worked with in a long time. She definitely has a future as a late night tv host if this triathlon thing doesn’t work out!🤣🤣🤣 So hoping she has a great race on Saturday! Best of luck girlfriend!!

I’m thinking this guy Marten Van Riel is going to have a very good day at the Ironman World Championships! Leading the Belgian Tri Mafia here in Kona is pretty awesome! Good luck mate!

So incredibly impressed with Danielle Lewis road to Kona which damn near meant starting from scratch! So happy she’s here and excited to see how hard she can push on Saturday plus keep her body/mind healthy.

Small package but huge energy! First time working with Julie Derron and what a pleasure it has been! Will be cheering for you on Saturday!

Adding to the first timer’s club Michele Sarzilla will be out there Saturday looking for some action! Just met this guy and love his energy and spirit he brings to the Big Island so keep your eyes on him as he gives it everything he has!!

I love working with athletes racing here for the first time! As you all know there is no other course out there like Kona and Anna Pabinger is ready to take on the Queen K! I’ll be out there cheering you on Anna!

What can I say about “The” Kat Matthews! One of the favorites, of course, but she’s far more than that! Her spirit of the sport is second to none and it shows even time she toes the line! So blessed I’m able to help her out just a little! Have a great race!Kat Matthews!
