1.Support
You have to have a good support system. Whether that is 1 person or 10. You need solid people around you that you can trust. In my case it’s my mother and my sisters. They are my Solid 4. Works , appointments, anything- I know they Got My Baby and Myself.
2.Procrastination
This is something that I still struggle with at times . What gets me up honestly is me knowing I have things to get done and a little girl that is not only watching me but deserves EVERYTHING. Start with a shower. Write things down. What do you want to accomplish today ? And be real with yourself you cannot accomplish EVERYTHING in one day ! - and do not get annoyed or frustrated with things that you simply can’t control! TRUST. Just pray and leave it to GOD ! Because you start stressing will make you want to lay back down lol. But clean your house- light a candle- do your laundry! And write out your daily / weekly goals ! And PRAY !
3.Balance
Being that I constantly have a lot going on I have to take time for myself. If I don’t have any appointments and I been feeling overwhelmed I won’t pick up a shift instead I’ll take the day to myself or spend it with my family. ⚠️REMEMBER⚠️YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM ALSO NEEDS SUPPORT. So sometimes even on my “time off/me time” I would go see what my sisters need or my mother need . The world does not revolve around you , they need you just like you need them. So 1. Take time for your self
2. See what your people may need.
3. Work on your self. Those goals that you wrote out for the day/week - does anything need to researched ? Do you need to make calls?That would be the time .
4. Last but NEVER LEAST ! KEEP OUR LORD AND SAVIOR IN EVERYTHING YOU DO. PRAY ! And never stop PRAYING !!❤️
