Looking back at these pictures, I’m just reminded of how wild birth really is.

The pain, the exhaustion, the emotions, the little moments in between that you don’t realize will stick with you forever.

There’s something about becoming a mom that changes you. And even after doing it three times, I still look back at these moments and think… wow. We really do that. 🤍

Birth is hard. Birth is beautiful. And I’ll never stop being amazed by it.

Calling all doulas in Orlando! Let’s get together for a relaxed evening of networking, connecting, sharing, and supporting one another. 🫶🏼

Bring something to swap with the group: a favorite birth book, doula tool, business resource, supplies, clothes, something you’ve created, a business idea, or simply something you think another doula would love!

Come as you are, bring your kiddos if needed, and let’s build community with other birth workers. 💕 Snacks & refreshments will be provided!
