Most people come in asking for a specific type of massage; Deep tissue, Swedish, Sports massage.
And while those labels are useful, they don’t always get you where you’re trying to go.
Because choosing the “right” massage isn’t really about the name—it’s about what your body needs.
I have some opening this evening. Check Link In Bio For Up-To-Date Availability. Thanks!

**WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY**
*October 10*
**Mental health matters. So does the body that carries us through life.**
Stress, grief, anxiety, and emotional challenges can affect more than our thoughts and feelings. They can also influence how we sleep, breathe, move, and experience physical tension.
Taking care of our mental health means recognizing the connection between our emotional and physical well-being.
Sometimes self-care means slowing down. Sometimes it means reaching out for support, establishing boundaries, allowing ourselves to rest, or simply acknowledging that we're carrying more than usual.
**Taking care of yourself is not a luxury. It's an essential part of your overall well-being.**
On World Mental Health Day, let's continue making space for conversations, compassion, and meaningful support.
