MiApotheca

My play was always in the trees and bushes, often mixing concoctions of plants and storing them as "medicine" or "food" in my branched shelves. I recall many times feeling like I was a medicine woman in a past life, it just felt so natural.

Growing up I was fortunate to live in a household where my mother and grandmother focused on holistic health. I remember spending hours reading all of their homeopathic manuals and encyclopedias. As an adult, I've continued that passion with my own library of natural health encyclopedias, personal research and other lifelong learning resources. Over the years I've crafted home remedies and natural products for myself, my friends and my neighbors. My friends and family have heard me say for years now that my retirement dream is to own my own apothecary. Instead of waiting until retirement though, I've decided to start now! My first product for sale in my online shop is a custom-blend pillow spray, called "Forest Dreams". I made tiny bottles to share with friends and coworkers during the beginning of COVID to help with anxiety and sleeplessness. Not only did it work, I was constantly being asked where I got it so they could buy more! The fact that I was able to help people, while doing something I'm so passionate about, inspired me to open up my shop. I'm perfecting my other recipes and will be adding more products to my line-up soon. All of my products are hand-crafted, vegan and never tested on animals. I hope you find as much joy and relaxation in using my products, as I do in making them.
