La primera pasada debe ser muy intencional. Con buen control puedes crear suficiente saturación desde esa primera pasada, y las siguientes deberían enfocarse principalmente en difuminar, perfeccionar y rellenar únicamente las áreas que necesiten un poco más de pigmento.

Esto requiere buen control del movimiento de la máquina y también entender el tipo de piel con el que estás trabajando, porque cada piel responde diferente.

For a softer, airier look, I keep my stroke slightly more open. If I want a more compact, saturated result, I tighten my stroke.

I’ll also tighten my stroke when the skin is more resistant and the pigment is not implanting as easily.

I rarely do too many passes. I always start with a small patch test to see how the skin responds, then I adjust my stroke from there—more open for softness or tighter for more saturation.

The key is not using the exact same movement on every client. It’s learning how to read the skin and adapt your technique.

With outline and shading, you can train your hand movement, pressure, precision, consistency, and speed over and over on latex until the movement starts to feel natural.
