Soulful Tranquility Therapeutic Massage

❤️ A little explanation from me…

I want to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this new policy may cause. This was not a decision I made lightly, and I truly value every single person who chooses to support my small business.

Recently, I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, and unfortunately, those empty appointment times are time that I can’t get back. As a small business owner, my appointment time is also my income, and behind my business is a family that I work hard to support.

I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, schedules change, kids get sick, and things don’t always go according to plan. I will always try to be reasonable and work with you when those situations happen.

This policy is simply necessary to protect my time, my business, and the clients who are committed to keeping their appointments.

Thank you for your understanding, patience, and continued support of Soulful Tranquility Therapeutic Massage. Every appointment, referral, review, share, and word-of-mouth recommendation truly means more to me than you know. ❤️

Thank you for supporting my small business and my family.

Good morning everyone. I hope everyone is having a great day. If you have tried to reach me to book, reschedule, or ask questions, my phone service is currently messed up. I have tried to reach out to my clients this week via another phone number but just in case I wanted to make a post as well and say I may have to get a new number for the business. I will keep you updated. I only have WiFi access for my phone use as of right now.
