I challenge my team to lean into the uncomfortable because that’s where growth happens. And I’ll never ask them to do something I haven’t been willing to do myself.

Leading my team is not something I take lightly.

So I’ll keep showing up and keep growing right alongside them.

Collectively, we have over 75 years of experience within these walls.

And yet, every single one of us still shows up willing to learn, refine our skills, and get even better.
