Why does my brown hair keep turning warm? ☀️

One thing many brunettes don’t realize is that permanent color and demi-permanent color behave differently.
🤎 Permanent color gives stronger gray coverage but because it uses peroxide, warmth will gradually show through - even with ash formulas.
🩶 Demi-permanent color can stay cooler but gray coverage is softer and more translucent and the color fades over time.
There isn’t a perfect answer. It’s really about choosing which trade-off matters most to you.

This client wanted a softer, more natural look. By strategically placing highlights throughout the hair, we were able to blur the contrast between the grey and her natural color, creating dimension, brightness and a softer grow-out.

The goal isn’t to hide the grey.
The goal is to make it belong. ✨
