Meet Dr. Tulin Koparan, Medical Director of SUMA Life House — our med spa and wellness house in Old Greenwich, CT.
She didn’t join SUMA after we opened. She helped build it from the beginning: our medical team, our clinical protocols, our wellness programs.
Board-certified in internal medicine. Residency at Stamford Hospital. In private practice since 2003, with a longstanding focus on longevity and holistic healing.

Five wellness shifts I’m taking into 2027.
I’ve tried most of it at this point in my journey of running a wellness center — the treatments, the protocols, the recovery tech, every sleep gadget I could find. Some of it changed how I feel. Most of it didn’t.
These are the five that stuck. Less training than I expected. More downtime in life, but less downtime post treatments . More recovery. And I’m done with “anti-aging.” đź«
