Olathe North (6A) sophomore quarterback Chase Cain is already making an impact just three starts into his high school career.

The 2029 QB set a new Olathe North single-game passing record in the Eagles’ 49-7 win over Shawnee Mission South, completing 21-of-26 passes for 395 yards and five touchdowns with zero interceptions. Cain averaged 15.2 yards per attempt and finished with 426 total yards on the night.

Quite the performance from the sophomore in just his third career start. Olathe North improves to 2-1 and will take on Shawnee Mission Northwest on Friday.
