Texture Salon is looking for an experienced stylist to join us as a booth renter in Olathe, KS.

This space would be a great fit for someone who has built their own clientele, takes pride in the experience they give their guests, and is ready to grow their business in a salon surrounded by other passionate stylists.

At Texture, we specialize in curls and welcome every hair texture. You don’t have to be a curl specialist to belong here, but you should care about continuing to learn and making every client feel comfortable in your chair.

Booth rental includes backbar shampoo and conditioner, towels, capes, laundry, client refreshments, retail commission, education opportunities, and promotion through Texture’s website and social media.

We’re so excited to welcome Lola to the Texture team! Every hair type is welcome in her chair, and she’s especially passionate about curly haircuts, hair care techniques, and dimensional brunettes.

Lola will begin taking clients in November, and we can’t wait for you to meet her!

Her goal as a stylist is to help each client feel confident in themselves and comfortable caring for their hair both in and out of her chair.

You invested in your hair—here’s how to protect it:

✨ Wait at least 48 hours (or longer) before your first wash.
✨ Turn the water temperature down.
✨ Shampoo less often (dry shampoo is your friend!).

This classroom-style education is designed for beginner stylists or anyone wanting to feel more confident behind the chair with textured hair and start opening their books to curly clients. We’ll be diving into my approach to curly cutting, styling techniques, product application, consultations, and everything in between.
