Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel.

Illness Exception: I understand that sudden illness occurs.

If you are symptomatic (fever, cough, or fatigue), please stay home. If you have been directly exposed to flu or covid in your household, please stay home.

Cancellation fees of 60% may be waived if you reschedule your appointment for a later date or prepay your appointment at the time of your originally scheduled appointment.

No-Shows: Failure to notify me at all will result in a 60% charge of the service fee.
