A few simple seasonal switches:

• Gently exfoliate with Refine Polish once or twice a week to help keep dullness at bay. Avoid exfoliating more than that to prevent irritation.

She is a graduate and former faculty member of the Colorado School of Healing Arts (recognized as one of the leading massage schools in the nation). In addition, she has an Associates Degree with majors in Health Science and Fine Arts, as well as a strong background in fitness, nutrition, and sports medicine.. Cheryl is continually doing research and seeking additional advanced training in order to provide you with the best quality of care. Cheryl is a member of ABMP (Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals).
