The Salt Spot

💚 Happy World Mental Health Day! 💚

Today is a reminder that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

Life gets busy, and it's easy to put yourself last. But taking time for YOU isn't selfish — it's necessary. 💚

Whether it's taking a walk, spending time with loved ones, enjoying a quiet moment, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down, remember that even the little things can make a difference.

✨ Take a deep breath.
✨ Give yourself some grace.

🌿 PRODUCT OF THE MONTH: TUMMY EASE TEA 🌿

Tea time is a lovely way to slow down for a moment—and this month, all teas and tea infusers are 10% off at The Salt Spot in Oconomowoc! 🍵✨

One of our favorites is Tummy Ease, a refreshing, caffeine-free loose-leaf herbal blend handcrafted by a professional herbalist with 100% certified organic herbs.

Each cup brings together:

🌱 Peppermint & Ginger — a classic, refreshing combination traditionally enjoyed for stomach comfort
🌼 Fennel & Chamomile — aromatic herbs traditionally used for digestive ease and relaxation
🌿 Licorice Root — adds a touch of natural sweetness

Enjoy it after a meal, as part of your evening wind-down, or whenever you want a quiet moment for yourself. 💚

Because it’s loose-leaf tea, the herbs have room to expand as they steep, bringing out the flavor in every cup. Our teas are made to order in small batches for freshness, too.

🍵 2.25 oz bag = approximately 75 servings
🌿 Caffeine-free
🍃 Sugar-free
🌱 100% certified organic ingredients

Pair Tummy Ease with one of our adorable tea infusers and make your daily cup a little ritual. Stop by our Oconomowoc location to explore the teas and enjoy 10% off all teas and tea infusers this month! ✨
