✨ Kinesiotape for Lymphatic Drainage
Kinesiotape can be used as a complementary technique to support lymphatic fluid movement and help reduce swelling.
🔹 How is it applied?
• Cut the tape into a fan shape with 4–5 strips.
• Place the base near the drainage area with 0% tension.
• Apply the strips with minimal tension (0–15%).
• Direct the strips toward the lymphatic drainage pathway and lymph nodes.
• Gently rub the tape to activate the adhesive and improve skin contact.
