unpack my GLAZED SUNLESS™- Professional Sunless Products order with me 🤤

Th time of year, demand planning is 99% of my job. Understanding when and how much to order so we don’t get too down to the wire is a big part of my job.

A BIG reason I like glazed for Bronzey is that it works incredible in this climate but also that it’s such a simple line. I could never imagine carrying multiple lines and trying to train my staff!

So let’s talk demand planning - do you know how to order so you’re turning over stock but not stressing yourself out?

1. Look at the number of tans you have upcoming or what will be expected for the month.

2. Assume every bottle has about 12 tans in it (some people get more, others less).

3. Divide the number of expected tans by that bottle figure and get the NUMBER OF BOTTLES YOU NEED.

4. Look at your current inventory - do you have enough or need to purchase?
