Swipe back to that first photo. I was smiling, but inside I was tired. Foggy. Puffy. Showing up for everyone except me. I didn’t feel like myself, and I was starting to believe that’s just what getting older looks like.
Spoiler: it’s not.
I decided I wasn’t going to walk into another year feeling like a shadow of me. So I got serious. I moved my body every single day. I protected my sleep like it was my job. I fed myself like I actually mattered. And I did my research on everything I put into my routine.
The woman in the second photo? She’s happier, lighter in every sense, and finally excited to wake up. ✨
I’m not sharing this to brag. I’m sharing because I KNOW some of you are where I was. And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

It has been a while since I have been active on this page, but coming back and seeing all the students I have trained excel in their lash businesses and skill sets brings me so much joy. Watching the creativity in your lash sets has been everything.
This page has been a chapter I am genuinely proud of. Lashes, beauty, showing up for clients, building something from scratch. That version of me laid the foundation for everything I am doing now.
