October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Every month you should be feeling those tatas up and making sure you get familiar with what feels “normal” to you. It helps you recognize if something feels different. Monthly checks are free and done at your own convenience. Remind a friend too. Mammograms/ultrasounds/mris are options too for some people. Talk to your doc about what’s right for you. Remember to advocate for yourself always 🩷💞🩷💞
