I worked at The Upledger Clinic and participated immensely in developing "the mother ship" for 24 years. I then moved on my own a few blocks to establish the next edge of Craniosacral work into CranioSacralQigong®.
My approach to Craniosacral work started as a bioenergetic osteopath and evolved into blending Upledger Craniosacral work with medical Qigong into what I continue to develop, CranioSacralQigong®.

What Happens When You Practice.
Most Qigong practices cultivate Qi throughout the body. CranioSacralQigong® does something more specific and more powerful.
The CranioSacral system is the central energy panel of the body. When you practice CSQ, you are not just moving energy through the meridians. You are activating the innate core intelligence of your nervous system. This potentiates the cerebrospinal fluid flow in your brain and spinal cord, and with breath Regulationship®, we learn to synchronize it with the Qi, following teachings passed down throughout 5,000 years of Transmission of Medical Qigong, Chinese Energetic Medicine practice.
We get more energy, we build greater Qi capacity. This fluctuates within the whole Craniosacral system and out into the whole body: meridians, organs, systems and all the way to extremities, our hands and feet and back to the core: consciousness emerges. I did not develop this work in a laboratory or a classroom. I developed it over 30 years of personal practice, 30,000+ hours of clinical work including 13 years beside Dr. John Upledger, and a life that demanded every skill I had ever learned.
Born in France, I discovered meditation as a young girl and recognized early that the health of the body, mind, and spirit are inseparable. That conviction has guided everything I have built since.
Today I teach. Not to create patients who depend on me. But to empower students who maintain health because they have learned to activate the innate intelligence, which is part of our design.
