Clean, fresh and elegant, White Tea is a soft, spa-like scent with notes of mandarin, bergamot, ginger, jasmine and white tea.

Light, calming and sophisticated, it’s the kind of scent that feels crisp and refreshing without being overpowering.

THIS is why I can never judge a soap by what it looks like in the mold. Every single bar came out with its own swirls of berry, purple, orange and creamy white, and I am obsessed.

Winterberry Pear is a bright, juicy blend of ripe pear, boysenberries, elderberries, strawberries, guava and pomegranate with a little soft vanilla underneath.

Topped with pink Himalayan salt, black salt, cranberry seeds and silver holographic glitter because apparently I believe soap should be a little extra. 😂✨

I finally cut into this one, and I LOVE how it turned out. The warm red Brazilian clay and activated charcoal created this gorgeous smoky, marbled swirl that feels perfect for a soap inspired by frankincense and myrrh.

Gift of Kings is scented with frankincense and myrrh essential oils and topped with real frankincense tears for a simple, earthy finish.

🎄 Spruced Up is officially here! 🎄

This one is a custom fragrance blend I created to feel fresh, woodsy, and festive without being a straight-up Christmas tree scent.

Think crisp evergreen, cool winter greenery, and warm woodsy notes all layered together into something clean, cozy, and very holiday. It has that fresh outdoor feel, but with enough warmth underneath to keep it from smelling sharp or overly piney.

And I am obsessed with how these bars turned out... that deep green, warm red, and little gold line through the middle. 😍

Apparently Sunday was National Soapmaking Day… and nobody told me. 😂

Which is honestly pretty perfect, because I spent the weekend making soap, planning soap, cutting soap, cleaning up after soap, and somehow finding room for more soap. 🧼🌹

So I’m a couple days late, but around here every day pretty much feels like Soapmaking Day.

I’m so happy to be back creating for The Paper Rose Soapery, and I’ve got so many new bars curing right now, including some really fun holiday ones that I cannot wait to show you.

Gift of Kings 👑

This one has been in my head for a while, and I finally made it today.

Gift of Kings is scented naturally with frankincense and myrrh essential oils and colored only with Brazilian red clay and activated charcoal. No fragrance oil and no mica.

I finished the top with little pieces of frankincense resin, because obviously I had to. 🤎

The red clay and charcoal created this deep, earthy swirl that feels absolutely perfect for frankincense and myrrh... rich, warm, ancient and just a little dramatic.

I cannot WAIT to cut this one tomorrow and see what's hiding inside.

Some of you may have noticed things have been a little quieter here lately, and I just wanted to say thank you for still being here.
The Paper Rose Soapery is a one-woman, small-batch studio, and sometimes life pulls a little slower than expected. That doesn’t mean I’ve stopped creating... it just means I’ve been doing it carefully, quietly, and with intention.
Behind the scenes, new scents are curing, new designs are taking shape, and a few special releases are being planned that I’m really excited to share with you soon.
