Sihyung Lee, the owner of Gani Barbershop, opened his new shop in May with the help of a North Liberty Targeted Economic Development Grant from the city and says he felt welcomed with open arms.
His moved his business from a previous location in part because he knew his clients were from North Liberty.
The grant helped fund two new signs and repairs to the floors of his new location on Meade Drive at corner of Penn Street and Ranshaw Way.
