Hold.Heart.Space

I was born with an abundance of energy, love, sensitivity and intuition. I am a healer/energy worker 1st and a massage therapist 2nd, though they are not seperate. When I started massage school in 2004, I was hooked by the end of the first day of class. I had no idea that becoming a massage therapist would not only change me, but save me from me. Here I am 13 years later still learning and growing as a therapist. What is Hold.💜.Space
Heart space for me is synonymous with a safe and loving space, free of judgement. It's the feeling of a really good hug. A time of exhale. The only requirements is PRESENCE. We require human touch to thrive. Massage is for everyday well being, not to be limited to special occasions or when injuries are sustained. Everyone deserves to thrive. As mothers, daughters, wives, aunts and any other shoes we fill, SELF usually comes last. How can you BE all those things when you give nothing back to yourself? I have chosen to focus on the healing of women and because of that will only be accepting female clients.
