Crazy to think today was my last day teaching at the studio where I fell in love with teaching Pilates. This is without a doubt one of the toughest goodbyes. Thank you for trusting me as an instructor, for training me as an instructor, for putting up with me as an instructor, and all the members for showing up day after day to do Pilates with me! 💜 I’ll miss y’all so much. On to Alabama we go!

We are usually planning our trip for PMA about this time. Missing workshops like this one with Mary Bowen and my second half!

Shouting out my kick ass client Alix! 💜 This woman has always been strong but she has been upping her game in a big way in recent weeks! She lifted up (on a light spring no less!) like it was NOTHING while still keeping her gorgeous form as I threw more challenging variations at her (and made her hold it for what I’m sure felt like an eternity). I am so proud of her and her dedication to her practice! Way to go, girl! 💪💪 any other instructors feel like a when their clients nail it?!

Working out outside 🌳 Expectation vs reality 🐜 FT the towel that saves the sweaty day
Use code BFF for 20% off! I LOVE their charcoal detox towel! I’m already prone to breakouts so using something that I know won’t make it worse (and may actually help improve it!) is all the better. 💪
It’s been a while. Proof instructors don’t get it right every time either! Even though there’s about 12 things I see I need to correct in this, I’m proud of myself for practicing and releasing judgement.
Short box abs play! 🤸♀️ Maybe focus on more control towards the end unlike how I did when my abs were D•O•N•E with me 😂
