We want to support our people in every way possible. We want to sit in their chairs, get our services done, invest in them, and cheer them on.
But… how hard is it sometimes to actually GET a service done?! 😂
They have full books, other clients, lives—and sometimes we get bumped or just can’t find a spot. And we totally get it!
But then… what’s the solution?
Do you trade services? Book months ahead? Have staff/owner appointment times? Go to another salon to relax?
