Hear me out please: PLEASE do not book a Brazilian wax with me if I have to spend the entire appointment convincing you to let me do the service you booked. A Brazilian wax is not a comfortable, pain-free service. You are choosing to have your hair removed, and yes, it can be uncomfortable. I will always do my best to make you feel comfortable, respected, and at ease, but I cannot do my job effectively if you are fighting me every step of the way.

If I ask you to butterfly your legs, bring your knees to your chest, or hold a certain position, there is a reason. I need proper access to the area to remove the hair safely and thoroughly. If you continuously close your legs, jerk around, jump, or nearly kick me in the face, how am I supposed to do my job?

I understand that waxing can be intimidating, especially if it is your first time. I will be patient, kind, and understanding. However, there is a difference between being nervous and refusing to cooperate throughout the entire appointment.

I should not have to repeat myself 100 times to get you to hold a position or sit still. We are grown adults, and this is a professional service. Your cooperation is part of the process. I will never force you to get a wax, and I will never beg you to continue with a service you no longer want. If you decide you cannot handle it, that is okay, but please understand that I cannot perform my job properly without your cooperation.

Please respect my time, my profession, and my ability to do my job. I am more than happy to provide a comfortable, professional, and respectful experience, but I also expect that same respect in return. My patience and kindness should never be mistaken for an obligation to beg you to cooperate. Thank you!
