If you've done everything "right" and still feel stuck — this is for you. Personalized nutrition, low-impact training, and real accountability.
Figurella Newton is a women-only wellness studio built around a method that works for the female body. Figurella is an Italian fitness and health method that has been around since 1980. In our locations we work with women only to find out what body and health goals you have and design a personalized program that fits your expectations and allows you to achieve your objectives. The Figurella center offers the following:
- Personalized Workout in the Bubble (low impact and targeted). The Bubble is a thermic module that maintains your body temperature at the perfect level to burn fat. You are never alone and the type of movements are based on your fitness level. Every woman can do it! 20 or 80 years old Figurella is perfect for you.
- Oxygen Detox Bath allows to speed up our enzymatic activity and therefore boost our metabolism.
- Nutrition plan --> not a diet! We teach you how to make the right choices and we offer you are 3 months plan to reboot your body and make sure you can handle your weight by yourself.
- Your Team: we work 40 hours a week to make sure you will always see the same 3 people at the center. You get to know them and live an intimate and personalized experience with people you trust.

This October, our Figurella community is coming together for a cause that touches so many women and families. 💗
We’re proud to support Find The Cause Breast Cancer Foundation, whose work focuses on understanding what causes healthy cells to change and advancing research toward a future where prevention is possible, not just detection.
Throughout October, 100% of every new consultation fee will be donated to Find The Cause.
Because when we come together, our community can make an impact beyond the studio.

If the thought of walking into a gym makes you want to turn around, you’re not alone.
Not knowing what to do, feeling like everyone is watching, or trying to figure out where you even belong can make getting started feel harder than the workout itself.
Figurella was created to make movement feel more comfortable, personal, and approachable. With one-on-one guidance and a community of women around you, you can focus on your own progress without the pressure of a traditional gym.
You deserve a place where you feel comfortable showing up. 🤍
A year at Figurella 🤍
For Arielle, being a student means balancing classes, studying, and a busy schedule. Figurella has given her more than a place to work out. It’s become a community and a time in her week to step away from everything else and focus on herself.
Sometimes, making time for yourself is exactly what you need to keep showing up for everything else. ✨
Your goals don't need to take over your life. They just need a place in it.
Figurella makes it easier to build movement into your routine with personalized workouts, one-on-one support, and a community of women who are making time for themselves, too. ✨
Figurella in 10 seconds: personalized movement, one-on-one guidance, oxygen recovery, and a routine designed to fit your life. 🤍
