If you haven’t had the chance to sit in Ava’s chair yet, now is the time.

A recent graduate of Collectiv Academy Cranston , Ava has been behind the chair for the past year and a half refining her craft and building her confidence — and we couldn’t be more excited to watch her grow at Level.

She’s incredibly detail-oriented, a total go-getter, and genuinely cares about getting things just right for every person in her chair. She has a natural eye for beautiful, lived-in color and blonding, and she’s currently welcoming new clients!

We’re looking for hairstylists/colorists who are passionate about their craft, care deeply about their clients, and want to be part of a supportive, welcoming salon environment.
