Real Talk With Iris

🎬 A NEW CHAPTER. BIGGER CONVERSATIONS. GREATER IMPACT.
Something exciting is happening at NO COVER TV, and I am honored to be part of this next chapter!
Beginning November 1, 2026, I officially join Big Al Brede as Co-Host of NO COVER TV. 🎙️
What excites me most is the opportunity to sit down with people from all walks of life and have the kind of conversations that go beyond the title, beyond the résumé, beyond the stage, and behind the story.
🎵 Musicians & Entertainers
💼 Entrepreneurs
📚 Authors
🏢 CEOs & Business Leaders
🤝 Community Leaders & Advocates
💡 Innovators & Visionaries
🔥 People Who Have Overcome Adversity
💎 Individuals with Transformational Stories
Whether I'm talking with an independent musician about the journey behind the music, a CEO about what it really took to build the business, an author about the story behind the book, or someone who turned adversity into purpose, I want to uncover the parts of the journey that people don't always get to see.
Because behind every accomplishment is a story.
Behind every title is a person.
And sometimes the most powerful conversation happens when we take the cover off.
📺 I'm also excited about the expansion of NO COVER TV to our Roku and Fire TV channels, creating even more opportunities for these voices and stories to be seen and heard.

📅 The new chapter begins November 1, 2026.
REAL PEOPLE. REAL STORIES. NO COVER.
✨ Everybody has a story. We take the cover off.
Stay tuned—there is so much more coming! 🎬🎙️

🎙️ A NEW CHAPTER IS COMING TO NO COVER TV! 🎬
I am excited to share more about my upcoming journey as Co-Host of No Cover TV beginning November 1, 2026!
And now that we're preparing for this next chapter, I want you to know what you can expect from the conversations I'll be bringing to the platform.
No Cover TV is about REAL PEOPLE. REAL STORIES. NO COVER.
🎵 Musicians & Entertainers
💼 Entrepreneurs
📚 Authors
🏢 CEOs & Business Leaders
🤝 Community Leaders & Advocates
💡 Innovators & Visionaries
💎 People Who Have Overcome Adversity
🔥 Individuals with Powerful Transformational Stories
I don't just want to know what you do.
I want to know who you are.
What happened before the success? What did you have to overcome? What almost made you give up? What was your turning point? What drives your purpose? And what part of your story haven't people heard yet?
Those are the conversations I want to have.
And for my musicians and entertainers, we're going beyond the stage. I want to hear about the person behind the music, the journey behind the sound, the realities of the industry, and the story that shaped the artist.
🎙️ Everybody has a story. At No Cover TV, we take the cover off.
I'm also excited that No Cover TV will be expanding its reach through our Roku and Fire TV channels, creating another opportunity for these incredible stories to reach audiences beyond the traditional podcast experience.
📅 My journey as Co-Host begins November 1, 2026.
This isn't simply another hosting opportunity for me. It's another platform where voices can be heard, stories can be honored, and impact can be created.
And we're just getting started. 🎬🎙️

🎙️💎 NEW CHAPTER. NEW PLATFORM. SAME PURPOSE.

I am excited and deeply grateful to officially announce that I am joining the No Cover TV Podcast as a new Co-Host! 🎉🎙️

When an opportunity aligns with your purpose, your voice, and your passion for helping others tell their stories, you embrace it.

No Cover TV has been building its legacy since 2003, creating a space for real people, real stories, music, artists, entrepreneurs, and voices that deserve to be heard. I am honored to join that legacy as we step into a new era.

As an author, entrepreneur, publisher, speaker, and media personality, I have learned that our stories have power. The victories matter. The struggles matter. The lessons matter. And sometimes, one conversation can change someone's entire perspective.

That's what I'm looking forward to bringing to No Cover TV:

🎙️ Powerful, authentic conversations
💎 Inspiring stories of resilience and success
🎤 Interviews with entrepreneurs, artists, authors, leaders, and changemakers
❤️ Conversations about life, purpose, business, overcoming adversity, and making an impact
🌎 A platform where more voices and stories can be seen and heard

I want to personally thank the No Cover TV family for welcoming me and trusting me to help carry this incredible platform into its next chapter.

And to everyone who has supported me through every chapter of my journey—thank you. From books and magazines to television, podcasting, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and beyond, every experience has prepared me for the next assignment.

A New Voice. A New Chapter. The Same No Cover TV.

I’m ready. 🎙️✨

The next chapter begins now.

Follow along because we have some incredible conversations, guests, stories, and surprises coming!

🏆✨ I AM OFFICIALLY A 2026 100 WOMEN OF EXCELLENCE HONOREE! ✨🏆

I am deeply grateful to have been recognized as one of the 2026 100 Women of Excellence by The Honorable Erica Thomas-Adeyemi.

Receiving this Recognition Certificate on September 18, 2026, in acknowledgment of leadership, service, and commitment to excellence is an honor I will carry with tremendous gratitude.

My journey has taught me that where you begin does not determine where you will finish. Every challenge, every closed door, every moment of uncertainty, and every victory has helped shape the woman I am today.

From entrepreneur and author to advocate, educator, and community leader, my mission remains the same: LEAD. SERVE. EMPOWER. CREATE CHANGE. LEAVE A LEGACY.

There was a time when circumstances could have completely changed the trajectory of my life. Instead, I kept going. And today, I get to stand in rooms I once could only imagine.

This recognition isn't only about me. It represents every woman who had to rebuild, reinvent herself, fight for another opportunity, and believe that her story wasn't over.

💎 Built From Injustice, Loved By God.

Thank you to The Honorable Erica Thomas-Adeyemi and the 100 Women of Excellence for this incredible recognition.

And congratulations to all of the phenomenal women being recognized. May we continue using our voices, businesses, platforms, and influence to make an impact that extends far beyond us.

When women rise, communities thrive, and generations are changed. ❤️

💎 YOUR STORY IS PART OF YOUR BRAND.

In business, we spend so much time talking about marketing strategies, products, services, pricing, and sales.

But sometimes, the most powerful thing you can share is your story.

I’ve learned that people don’t only want to know what you do. They want to know who you are, why you started, what you overcame, and what keeps you going.

Authentic storytelling isn’t about sharing every detail of your life. It’s about intentionally sharing the moments that shaped you the struggles, pivots, lessons, breakthroughs, and purpose behind the work.

In my latest Real Talk With Iris blog, “The Power of Authentic Storytelling in Business,” I’m talking about why your journey can become one of your most valuable business and branding assets.

One of my favorite reminders from this article:

✨ “Your story is not just what happened to you. It is the bridge that connects you to every person who needs to know they are not alone.” — Dr. Iris Wright

Your story may be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

I am beyond honored and deeply grateful to share this incredible milestone!

I have been named Woman of the Year in the UK by Hoinser Media, and I am proudly featured on the cover of Hoinser International Magazine! 🌍✨

To be recognized on a global platform for the work I am so passionate about is truly humbling. This journey has been built on faith, resilience, purpose, and a commitment to making an impact—and this moment reflects that.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, believed in, and walked alongside me on this journey. This recognition is not just for me—it’s for every life touched, every story shared, and every vision brought to life.

The work continues… and this is only the beginning. 💫

This week on Real Talk with Iris, I’m stepping into my role as a new host on LA Talk Radio and sitting down with an incredible guest, Bruce George.

Bruce is the Founder of the GENIUS is COMMON™ Movement and Co-Founder of HBO’s Def Poetry Jam. He’s a visionary, entrepreneur, activist, and recipient of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award (Biden, 2024).

In this powerful conversation, we’ll talk about entrepreneurship, purpose, and what it really means when we say “genius is common.” Bruce shares his journey, his mindset, and how everyday people can tap into their own greatness.

This is more than a conversation. It’s about shifting how we see ourselves and what’s possible.

Join us for real talk, real insight, and real inspiration.
