A reminder from Zany Cuts ✂️

In just our last 3 days open, we have had 5 no show appointments. We completely understand that life happens, especially with kids, but missed appointments without notice have a big impact on our small business and our stylists.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. When someone doesn't show, we often don't have enough time to fill that opening with another family.

Just a reminder of our current policy:

Appointments can be canceled up to 2 hours before your scheduled time with no fee.

If you no show your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled.

If something comes up, please just give us a call or cancel your appointment online. We would much rather know you can't make it so we can open that spot for someone else.

We appreciate everyone who respects their appointment time and helps us keep Zany Cuts running smoothly. Thank you for supporting our locally owned salon! 💜
