GOOD STEW TAKES PATIENCE! 😂🍅🔥
Come into my kitchen, my people! ❤️
This delicious pot of stew didn’t start today. I marinated my tilapia fish, turkey, chicken and cow feet overnight to allow all those beautiful seasonings to work their magic. 😋
I blended my red bell peppers, onions, garlic, ginger and Scotch bonnet peppers, then precooked the mixture until the excess water dried up.
The next day, it was time to bring everything together and prepare this rich, delicious stew! 🍲🔥
Because in this kitchen, we don’t just cook to fill our stomachs, we cook with love! ❤️😂
