There are moments as a business owner when you stop, look around, and realize your biggest accomplishment isn’t the walls you’ve built—it’s the people inside them.

New Phases has always been about more than beauty services. It’s about creating a place where both clients and artists feel seen, supported, and inspired.

I am beyond grateful for each of these women. They each bring their own talent, personality, and heart to this space, and together they’ve helped turn a dream into the welcoming, elevated studio I always hoped New Phases would become.

Thank you for believing in this vision, for believing in each other, and for helping make New Phases the incredible place it is today. I couldn’t be more proud of what we’re building together. 🖤

Elevated Beauty. Intentional Art. Created by an incredible team. ✨

Hi! I’m Nicole, the face behind New Glow by Nicole. ✨

I figured my new branding photos were the perfect excuse for a little reintroduction!

I’m a licensed esthetician who’s passionate about helping you feel confident in your skin through customized facials, lash lifts, and brow services. My goal is to create a space where you can unwind, feel cared for, and leave feeling like the best version of yourself.

When I’m not at the salon, you’ll usually find me at my other job as an LPN, reading a good romance book, or listening to a true crime podcast. I’m also incredibly lucky to have such a supportive boyfriend and family who have helped me build my business.

Thank you for being here and supporting me! 🤍

Wake up with lashes like this every day. A lash lift & tint gives you weeks of effortless beauty and natural-looking definition ✨
