Basic medicines you need at home.

1° Paracetamol 250mg and 500mg tablets for headache, fever body aches, toothache. 1-2 tablets every 6 hours.

2° Ibuprofen 200mg or 400mg tablets for inflammation, muscle pain, period clamps, dental pain or toothaches. Take 1 tablet after eating, and avoid them once you have kidney issues, ulcers or pregnant.

3° Cetrizine or Loratadine 10mg tablets for itching, allergies, insect bites, mild rashes, runny nose, and mild reactions. Take 1 tablet daily. ⛔Don't use it for snake bites.

4° ORS + Loperamide 2mg for dehydration from diarrhea or vomiting. Food poisoning and stomach bugs are super common. Take 2 tablets of loperamide first, then 1 tablet after each loose stool.

5° Omeprazole 20mg capsules + Antiseptic for gastritis, acidity and heartburn. Povidone iodine, bandages, cottons for cleaning small cuts and wounds.
