Shock Fit Mode
Fitness Motivation with the intent of encouraging others to follow through & take their health more seriously on a consistent basis.
Most people think consistency is built on motivation. It isn’t!
Consistency is built by deciding who you are on the days when motivation never shows up.
That’s when you learn that progress doesn’t require perfection, it requires a decision.
A shorter workout, healthier meal, or walk instead of the sitting on the couch. One small promise kept to yourself.
Those moments don’t just change your body…
They change your overall mindset and identity.
What’s one thing you refuse to skip, even on your hardest days?
Watching Bud take ownership of his training has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.
This wasn’t about chasing a perfect workout. It was about showing up, asking questions, accepting coaching, and getting a little better than yesterday.
Mic’d up. Real conversations. Real corrections. Real growth.
As a coach, I love helping people transform.
As a dad, moments like these hit differently.
The work we’re putting in today is building more than strength. It’s building discipline, confidence, and character.
🎥 Behind the scenes. Father & son. One rep at a time.
Most people don’t have an information problem. They have a problem with consistency.
We convince ourselves that the next program, the next challenge, or the next strategy will finally be the thing that changes everything.
But progress usually comes from doing the ordinary things long enough for them to work.
At some point, you have to stop chasing what’s new and start honoring the commitment you already made.
The results you’re looking for might not be hiding in another plan. They might be waiting on the other side of finishing the one you already started.
Unpopular opinion: Old school playlists make for better workouts. Agree or disagree? 👇
Everyone doesn’t need the same goals. They just need the same commitment.
Today’s session looked different. I trained hamstrings and back. Tee focused on legs. Different programs. Different objectives. Same decision to show up.
The strongest relationships aren’t built by doing everything together. They’re built by supporting each other while chasing individual growth.
Find someone who celebrates your progress, challenges your excuses, and reminds you that consistency compounds.

Week 1 Check-In.
One week later.
No shortcuts. No pretending. Just an honest look at where I am and a commitment to keep stacking the right habits.
Resistance. Cardio. Nutrition. Repeat.
You can’t build real progress on a lie you tell yourself. Be honest about where you’re actually starting from. That’s the first rep.
60% and showing up > 100% and staying home.
I spent months proving this to myself the hard way. Waiting for the “good” day to train, eat right, show up for myself. The good day doesn’t always come. You show up anyway, or you don’t show up at all.
So today, forget the highlight reel version of yourself. What’s your 60%? A walk instead of a workout. One clean meal instead of a perfect day. Showing up tired beats not showing up.
Drop your 60% in the comments. Let’s see who shows up today. 👇🏾
She was just getting her steady-state cardio in, minding her business…
Meanwhile, this pre-workout had me in rare form!
The funniest part? She had absolutely no idea I was back there carrying on. 🤦🏾♂️😂🤣😂
People think compatibility is liking the same things.
I think compatibility is sharing the same standard.
We don’t train together because we have to.
We train together because we both understand that becoming better requires consistency—even on the days you don’t feel like it.
It’s never been about finding someone who completes you.
It’s about finding someone who’s committed to becoming the best version of themselves… and inspires you to keep doing the same.
That’s the kind of energy we’re building.
