Not all rhinoplasties are about aesthetics alone. This patient's asymmetry stemmed from a deviated septum, a structural issue, not just a cosmetic one. We corrected it with a closed septoplasty and rhinoplasty. We used a right spreader graft to open and support the internal nasal valve, removed excess left tip cartilage to balance the contour, and placed a small right batten graft to reinforce and refine the tip. A touch of septal and nasal spine trimming achieved gentle de-rotation. The result is markedly improved breathing and external nasal symmetry as well as a nicely balanced profile.

Upper eyelid lifts in men can be performed without creating a startled or unmanly result.
