The history of clay and ash as healing tools goes back thousands of years, and shows up throughout Scripture.
Genesis 2:7 — we were formed from the dust of the ground.
Isaiah 64:8 — described as clay shaped in the hands of a potter.
John 9:6 — Jesus heals a blind man using mud made from dust and saliva.
Genesis 18:27 & Jonah 3:6 — ashes as a posture of humility and repentance.
Long before “detox” was a wellness buzzword, ancient cultures, including the Egyptians, were using mineral-rich clay for cleansing and purification. This wasn’t a modern trend. It’s one of the oldest healing practices on record. It’s also one of the best things we can apply for clear skin.

Just got back from a run and my body is asking for real fuel 🥭
🍫 1 cup Hu Chocolate chocolate gems
🥭 2 organic mangos, sliced
🌰 1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts
Layer it all in a bowl or eat it straight off the cutting board (no judgment). The mango’s natural sugars + hazelnuts’ healthy fats = the perfect post-workout combo your body actually wants.

Seed oil consumption in the U.S. increased over 1,000-FOLD from 1909 to 1999 📈
Your grandparents’ bodies never processed anything close to this. Linoleic acid intake alone jumped from under 3% to over 7% of total calories in a single century (American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, 2011) 🌾
This is exactly why The Earth Diet principle is simple: if it’s not from the earth, it’s not for your body.

Conventional strawberries consistently rank among the most contaminated produce for pesticide residue, according to EWG testing.
Rinsing helps, but residue can remain on and inside the fruit.
Simple swap: buy organic strawberries when you can, or grow your own. Small changes to what’s on your plate add up.

Real food doesn’t come with an ingredient list you need a science degree to decode.
If you can’t pronounce it, your body probably can’t recognize it either.

Seed oils (canola, soybean, corn, sunflower) only became dietary staples in the last century. The research on inflammation is piling up.
🌿 Simple swap: cook with olive oil, ghee, or coconut oil instead.
Your gut will thank you.

Not all greens are created equal.
One ounce of wheatgrass juice packs the nutrient density of about 2.5 lbs of dark leafy greens… no massive salad required.
It’s one of the easiest ways to flood your body with chlorophyll, vitamins, and minerals in a form it can actually use.
Small shot, big impact. Who’s adding this to their morning routine? ⤵️
