The Leo eclipse downloads were so powerful for me yesterday. I started speaking my thoughts out loud and then I stopped to ask myself: Where are these thoughts coming from?
The mind and body need to be in sync for true alignment. Otherwise, there is friction between the soul and the life you’re trying to live.
There is a difference between what is familiar, what is comfortable, and what is truly ALIGNED.
Once you master alignment, the body becomes more in tune with your soul not the noise of the mind. And somehow, the universe begins showing you exactly what you need to see, be, and do.

The fig story taught me more about today’s consumer than any algorithm ever could.
Brands approach me for collaborations all the time, but very few feel like a true win-win.
Most of them say, “Post this. Do this. You’ll get this.”
Not one has ever said, “Let’s meet. We want to know who you are. Let’s build a relationship before asking you to promote our product.”
That tells me everything.
Never doubt fake likes or fake followers. They can create the illusion of influence, but they can never create trust.
I built my Instagram long before social media became a numbers game. I’m barely active today, yet one post can still create real impact. Imagine what would happen if I shared consistently and shared the wisdom I’ve gathered over decades.
Yesterday, my daughter said, “You should be one.”
I asked her, “Why?”
She said, “Because you influence people in real life.”
That answer meant more to me than any number on a screen.
Influence isn’t measured by followers.
It’s measured by real-life impact, lived experiences, and the lives you help change.

We walked into our neighbor’s yard in Europe without asking permission because my husband wanted to show me their beautiful fig tree. He knows how much I love gardening.
