Our Somatic Mindfulness Puerto Rico Immersion with Fernando Rojas was more than continuing education, it was an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and experience what it means to care for the practitioner behind the practice.

Through hands-on learning, reflection, meaningful connection, and intentional rest, we were reminded that sustainability isn’t built by constantly doing more. Sometimes, growth looks like creating enough space to simply be.
