Morning walk done, greens up.
I started adding protein + greens + sunlight in the morning and my 3pm crash and bloating got so much better. Not magic, just a steady routine.
What's in your cup today greens, water, or coffee first?

30k steps is not the goal. Daily walks are.
I used to think I needed to crush 10k or it didn't count, so I did nothing. What actually changed everything was going from barely moving to small walks spread through my day a little after my workout, 10 minutes after lunch and dinner, and a wind down walk in the evening.
No extremes, just consistency.
What I noticed was stronger legs, better sleep, less of that afternoon bloating and more energy at 3pm. Not because walking is magic, but because daily movement supports digestion, sleep quality and your hunger cues.
If you want to start, try this:
Walk 5 to 10 minutes after your biggest meal
Add one short morning walk before coffee scroll
Keep an evening walk easy, no need to track speed
It is not about hitting a huge number one day a week.
Your body responds to 4000 steps every day more than 12000 steps once.

You don’t need a perfect workout routine to start taking better care of yourself. 💛
Some days, movement might mean a full strength-training session. Other days, it might be a few squats in the living room, a 20-minute walk, stretching while dinner cooks, or simply choosing to move a little more than yesterday.
And that still counts.
Regular physical activity can support cardiovascular health, muscle and bone strength, mobility, sleep, mood, and overall well-being. Strength exercises are especially valuable because maintaining muscle becomes increasingly important as we get older.
A simple place to start:
• Walk regularly throughout your week
• Include strength exercises for major muscle groups
• Take movement breaks when you’ve been sitting for long periods
• Choose activities you genuinely enjoy
• Give your body enough food, water, sleep, and recovery
• Increase intensity gradually instead of trying to change everything overnight
You don’t have to exercise because you dislike your body.
You can move because you want your body to stay capable of carrying groceries, climbing stairs, traveling, playing with your kids, enjoying hobbies, and doing the everyday things that make life feel like yours.
The goal isn’t perfection.
It’s building a relationship with movement that you can realistically maintain for years—not just for a few motivated weeks.
Start where you are. Do what you can. Keep showing up. 🌿
What kind of movement do you actually enjoy walking, strength training, yoga, dancing, cycling, or something else?

I REALIZED AT 3AM WHY I COULDN'T LOSE THE LAST 10 POUNDS. 🏋️♀️🚶🏻♀️
IT WASN'T MY DIET. IT WASN'T MY WORKOUTS.
IT WAS BECAUSE I WAS SLEEPING 5 HOURS, STRESSING ABOUT EVERYTHING, AND EATING STANDING UP AFTER 9PM WHILE WATCHING TV.
THE LEANEST VERSION OF ME SLEEPS 8 HOURS, MANAGES STRESS, AND SITS DOWN FOR EVERY MEAL.
THAT'S IT.
