I'm so excited to finally share some exciting news…
Beginning August 2026, Heal With Crys is moving to a new home inside
The Cigar Factory in Long Island City!
This move represents so much more than a new address. It's a new chapter filled with growth, opportunity, and an even more elevated experience—and it's only possible because of your trust, loyalty, and support over the years.
Whether you've been with me since the beginning or recently found your way into my treatment room, thank you. Every appointment you've booked, every friend you've referred, every kind review you've shared, and every conversation we've had has helped make this dream a reality. I truly couldn't have done it without you.
I chose this space because it reflects everything I want Heal With Crys to be: warm, intentional, welcoming, and designed to make your experience feel special from the moment you arrive.
Located inside the historic Cigar Factory, this building offers beautiful character, an outdoor patio to relax before or after your appointment, and a Levain Bakery right inside the building - perfect for treating yourself while you're here.

One of the biggest myths I hear is that the more you strip, dry, and “attack” acne, the faster it will disappear. In reality, hydration is a critical part of supporting a healthy skin barrier and creating an environment where healing can happen, ya heard?
