WEEK #6 | BODY BEFORE FACE ✨

This week, I’m continuing to experience why I begin the treatment with the body before we ever touch the face.

The goal isn’t simply to make the face look different. We first work with the body to create a more grounded, regulated foundation for the facial work.

THE SEQUENCE

1. Body Acupuncture
CV15 • LI11 • LR3 • SP6 • SP9

2. Gua Sha
Preparing the tissues and encouraging circulation before moving into facial work.

3. Exfoliation
Refreshing the skin and preparing the surface for the next steps.

4. Microcurrent SLIM
Targeted microcurrent to support facial contouring and tone.

5. Facial Acupuncture
A deeper layer of the treatment—working with the face while staying connected to the whole-body approach.

6. Celluma LED — 30 minutes
A quiet period for the skin to receive LED light therapy while I rest and integrate.

7. Microcurrent Wand
Fine-line work around the eyes, lips and other areas where I want more definition.

What I’m noticing at Week 6…

I’m starting to notice more tightness through my jaw and a reduction in puffiness, but the most interesting change isn’t only what I see in the mirror.

There is an overall feeling of clarity—less mental clutter, more peace and calm—after each session.

That’s an important part of why I approach facial acupuncture differently.

The face is not separate from the body.

For me, this process is becoming less about chasing a cosmetic result and more about creating a relationship between how I feel, how I function, and how I see myself.

Six weeks in. Still observing. Still learning. Still becoming. 🌿

A beautiful milestone. 🌻

After working together with acupuncture and integrative care, my patient has reached the point of being completely off their Ménière’s medication—with 100% Word Recognition after only 80% for 5-years. She has had her medical provider’s guidance along the way. 🤍

Now… we get to work on the fine lines. ✨

Introducing Celluma LED to complement their facial acupuncture journey—supporting healthy skin, rejuvenation, and that natural glow.

🌻Restore from within.

🌟WEEK 5 | My FITO FACE™ Facial Restoration Journey

Five weeks in—and I’m still treating the whole person, not just the face.

This week, I’m continuing to work with what I’m personally experiencing: some fatigue, digestive imbalance, and facial puffiness.

That’s what makes this approach different.

My treatment isn’t simply about placing needles around a wrinkle.

FACE points

ST3 • ST4 • ST5 • ST6 • ST7 • ST8 • SI18

These facial points allow me to work with the muscles and tissues of the cheeks, jaw, temples and midface—supporting circulation, relaxation, tone and facial symmetry.

As I work with these points, I’m particularly interested in the glabella, where I naturally hold tension.

By releasing and stimulating the surrounding facial musculature, I can work toward a softer, more lifted appearance through the brow and upper face.

BODY points

GB21 • LI11 • SP9 • ST25 • CV4

These points bring the treatment beyond the face—addressing the neck and shoulders, Heat, fluid metabolism, digestion and constitutional support through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

And then I layer in:

Facial cupping → Gua Sha → NuFACE microcurrent

The goal is to support the tissues from multiple directions—acupuncture, manual therapy and gentle microcurrent stimulation.

I’m noticing changes not only in how my face looks, but in how it feels.

Less holding.
More awareness.
A softer expression.
And a face that feels more connected to the rest of my body.

🪶This is facial restoration through a whole-person lens.

Because sometimes the face isn’t asking for another product.

It’s asking us to listen.

WEEK 5 — and I’m still learning from my own face.

08/30/2026

I’m posting my own case study.
WEEK 4

One important thing I’m reminding myself this week is to temper my expectations.

Travel was involved for me this week, so jet lag and fatigue definitely became part of the equation. And honestly, that’s important to acknowledge.

We can’t always expect our face to look or feel the same every week because life is happening in the body.

Yes, we’re continuing to work on the face—supporting lift, reducing puffiness, improving circulation and addressing things like dark circles.

But I’m realizing more and more that the face is connected to the whole body.

If I’m tired, stressed, not sleeping well, traveling or not taking care of myself the way I normally do, my face is going to reflect that.

So for me, this process is becoming less about chasing a perfect result every week and more about listening to my body and making small adjustments.

The face is the focus, but the body is always part of the conversation.

Week 4 reminder: Be patient. Stay consistent. Support the whole system. 🤍
