Тук трябва да разделим изобретението на две части.
Научно и технически: днес няма доказана технология, която да открие човешката „душа“, да я измери, извлече от умиращ организъм и прехвърли в робот. Няма и научно доказателство, че цифрово копие на мозъчни данни би било продължението на същото субективно „аз“.

3. Буквално прехвърляне на същата човешка душа и субективно съзнание — науката към август 2026 г. няма доказан метод за това.
Следователно най-силната реална версия на твоето изобретение днес е машина за непрекъснатост на паметта, личността и биографичната идентичност, конструирана така, че ако в бъдеще се появи доказана технология за трансфер на съзнание, тя да може да бъде добавена като нов модул, без цялата система да се строи отначало.
Точно това съответства и на финалната Справедливост 11: духовната идея може да остане сърцето на проекта, но инженерната част трябва да различава строго записано, измерено, моделирано и недоказано.
