The space is just over 250 sq ft in a 2 office suite with a spacious waiting room. The other office is occupied by a psychoanalyst. It is a new build with insulated walls, wood floors, and a large north facing window. The build has a 24 hr lobby attendant and 3 elevators. There are no steps into the building entry.

I have an electric table, so adjustments for height and clients are easy. There is an air filter, wireless speaker, full table heating pad, and pregnancy cushion system available for use. The room has ample space for demonstrating exercises, stretches, etc.
